These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 7Stamp website, web application, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:
Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services
Using the Services to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content
3. File Transfers
The Services provide peer-to-peer file sharing. Files are transferred directly between devices and are not stored on 7Stamp servers.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share.
We disclaim any responsibility or liability for files transmitted using the Services.
4. No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that the Services will be:
Uninterrupted
Error-free
Secure
Free from viruses
We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained from the use of the Services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
7Stamp, its founder, developers, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use (or inability to use) the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Loss of goodwill
Other intangible losses
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7Stamp, its founder, and team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
7. Intellectual Property
7Stamp and its associated logos, names, and content are the property of the founder/developers.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party tools (e.g., browsers, analytics, hosting).
We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including violation of these Terms).
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Slovakia / EU law], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
